For Neografika the world revolves around mexican Lucha Libre wrestling. The head and motor of this young artist collective based in Puebla is Ivan Azamar Martinez, the son in law of our dear friend Tzopelli Ortega. Many years she has mentored Ivan in her studio and under her demanding eyes he trained his skills to perfection and transformed his ideas of design into reality. Today Neografika produces in limited editions awesome nuggets of interior decoration and collectable figurines. Each piece shows the love and dedication to the Lucha Libre and with many little details and by the use of plotted foil decoration transforms the theme to a new comic style. |
