We ship depending on the destination with DHL or HERMES and always insured!

Packing your purchased items for a safe transport is one of our biggest concerns. We can look back now on many years of experience in packing fragile goods and due to great care, knowledge and the choice of the right packing material we know how to pack each article in the most suitable way.
We ask you kindly when opening the wrapping of the articles to be most careful since sometimes arms or legs of the figurines stick out and may break under to much pressure. Thank you!

Rules of Delivery
The delivery of the product occurs from Superskull, Mittenwalder Str. 5, 10961 Berlin, Germany to the given address of delivery. Superskull will deliver the ordered product in the normal course of business. When we receive your payment we will immediately despatch your order and send you a confirmation email. When the shipment is delivered to you please check it for any visible small or big external damages and complain those immediately to the postman. Otherwise it will be very complicated for us to receive an reclaim from the forwarding agency. The buyer is obliged to the acceptance of the delivery. If he does not accept the delivered product, Superskull is entitled after futile expiry of an extension of two weeks to withdraw from the contract and / or to require compensation. The delivered goods have also to be accepted by the buyer in the case of unimportant defects regardless of his claims to fault removal. Please note, we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been despatched.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items we ask you kindly to contact us by email: behringer@superskull.de
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and within 15 workdays. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on used or washed textiles. Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags intact. All returned products have to be unused and in a saleable condition. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Where a product is faulty or misdescribed we will refund you the original delivery charge but not when a product is simply unwanted. Also we recommend to take care in repacking the products, if we receive items that broke on the transport back to us you have to reclaim from the forwarding agency.
Please note also that we can only do refunds on items we received back. We can not be held responsible for packages that have been lost by the forwarding agency so in your own interest send returns always as insured parcel.
We would like to ask you again in all cases of problems and returns to contact us by email before sending a parcel so we can act in the best interest for you.
The following laws of returns are agreed on by customers out of the relevant country:
Belgium: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the day after delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the costs for the return consignment unless the product delivered was not the product ordered by the customer.
Denmark: The revocation period is 14 days and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the cost of the return consignment.
France: The revocation period is 7 days and starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer. Does the revocation period end on saturday, sunday or official holiday the revocation period is extended to the following workday. The customer has to pay for the cost of the return consignment.
Greece: The revocation period is 10 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the costs of the return consignment.
Great Britain: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer. It is agreed upon that the customer has to return the deliverd goods in the case of an revocation. The customer has to pay the costs of the return shipment.
Ireland: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the day of the delivery of the goods to the customerie. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Italy: The revocation period is 10 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer. The customer has to make his revocation in written form with registered mail and written receipt. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Luxembourg: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return shipment.
Netherlands: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return shipment.
Austria: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the cost of the return consignment.
Portugal: The revocation period is 14 days and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to take explicit care of the goods and has to make his revocation in written form with registered mail and written receipt. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Spain: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the cost of the return consignment.
Sweden: The revocation period is 14 days and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Switzerland: No revocation possible. All return or exchange shipments have to be paid by the customer.
