Welcome to the Superskull.de website ("Site"). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site. First of all these Terms and Conditions are for all customers outside of Germany. The german customers please read the AGB in the german language. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. Please also read our Privacy statement regarding personal information provided by you. Superskull reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this web site.

Offer & Purchase
The product images serve as examples and the delivered product can show slight differences because by the production in manual labour every work is a individual and unique piece so smaller irregularities in structure and form are normal. In the majority of the cases you get exactly the piece that you see in the product images. For all products which can have slight differences you find a further note in the product description. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on Superskull.de. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.The exposure of products in our online-shop is no binding offer but a non-binding catalogue. By clicking the "confirm order" button you transfer a legally binding purchase of the articles in your shopping cart. The reply of your incoming order will be sent to your mailaddress so please check as well your Spam folder. By receiving the email or the articles the purchase is effective.
All contracts are concluded in German.
Pricing Policy
All quoted prices are in Euro and do not include the shipping and packing costs. Depending on your home country additional custom duties and taxes can occure (for example Switzerland). These additional costs have to be paid by the customer.
Payment
Due to a lot of trouble with other payment methods we only offer right now payment in advance (bank tranfer only). If you order your money should arrive on our account in 10 days otherwise we will cancel the order. You will receive an email to the given email address with all informations on your order and our bank account information. Please check also your spam folder for this email. Thank you.
Shipping & Packing costs
The shipping and packing costs are not included in the sales prices.
For shipments inside Germany we charge for each order: 4,90 €
The shipment will be done insured with Hermes.
For shipments to the following European countries we charge for each order: 13,90 €
The shipment will be done depending on the destination with DHL or Hermes also as insured shipment.
For shipments to Switzerland we charge for each order: 30,00 €
The shipment will be done with DHL and insured. Custom duties that may occure in Switzerland have to be paid by the customer.

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (exept Guadeloupe, Martinique, French-Guayana, Réunion), United Kingdom (exept Canary – Islands, Jersey, Guernsey), Ireland, Italy (exept Livigno, San Marino, Vatikancity), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal (exept Azoren, Madeira), Sweden, Switzerland, Spain (exept Ceuta, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Teneriffa, La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro, Melilla)
Delivery
The delivery of the product occurs from Superskull, Mittenwalder Str. 13, 10961 Berlin, Germany to the given address of delivery. Superskull will deliver the ordered product in the normal course of business. When we receive your payment we will immediately despatch your order and send you a confirmation email.
When the shipment is delivered to you please check it for any visible small or big external damages and complain those immediately to the postman. Otherwise it will be very complicated for us to receive an reclaim from the forwarding agency.
The buyer is obliged to the acceptance of the delivery. If he does not accept the delivered product, Superskull is entitled after futile expiry of an extension of two weeks to withdraw from the contract and / or to require compensation. The delivered goods have also to be accepted by the buyer in the case of unimportant defects regardless of his claims to fault removal. Please note, we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been despatched.
Return & Revocation Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and our products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items we ask you kindly to contact us by email: behringer@superskull.de
All refunds have to take place in the revocation period stated for the country of delivery below. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and within 15 workdays. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on used or washed textiles. Also we can not refund items that have been customized for you. Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags intact. All returned products have to be unused and in a saleable condition. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Also we recommend to take care in repacking the products before you return them, if we receive items that broke on the transport back to us you have to reclaim from the forwarding agency.
Please note also that we can only do refunds on items we received back. We can not be held responsible for packages that have been lost by the forwarding agency so in your own interest send returns always as insured parcel and prepaid.
We would like to ask you again in all cases of problems and returns to contact us by email before sending a parcel so we can act in the best interest for you.
The following law of return are agreed on by customers out of the relevant country:
Belgium: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the day after delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the costs for the return consignment unless the product delivered was not the product ordered by the customer.
Denmark: The revocation period is 14 days and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the cost of the return consignment.
Frankreich: The revocation period is 7 days and starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer. Does the revocation period end on saturday, sunday or official holiday the revocation period is extended to the following workday. The customer has to pay for the cost of the return consignment.
Germany: according to the german law for further informations please read our german AGB.
Greece: The revocation period is 10 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the costs of the return consignment.
Great Britain: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer. It is agreed upon that the customer has to return the deliverd goods in the case of an revocation. The customer has to pay the costs of the return shipment.
Ireland: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the day of the delivery of the goods to the customerie. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Italy: The revocation period is 10 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods to the customer. The customer has to make his revocation in written form with registered mail and written receipt. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Luxembourg: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return shipment.
Netherlands: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return shipment.
Austria: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the cost of the return consignment.
Portugal: The revocation period is 14 days and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to take explicit care of the goods and has to make his revocation in written form with registered mail and written receipt. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Spain: The revocation period is 7 workdays and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the cost of the return consignment.
Sweden: The revocation period is 14 days and starts with the delivery of the goods. The customer has to pay the direct costs of the return consignment.
Switzerland: No revocation possible. All return or exchange shipments have to be paid by the customer

Limitation of Liability
Superskull shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
Wash Care of Textile
1) Always read the care label inside the shirts and follow the washing instructions.
2) Wash your clothes at the correct temperature. If in doubt, always wash at a lower temperature or cold.
3) Use soft washing powder without any chlorine.

Reservation of property rights
Superskull reserves ownership of goods until full payment.
Media rights
All rights for the photos, pictures and graphics used on the website superskull.de belong to Superskull. If you violate these rights we will invoice you for each violation a fee of 150,00 € for each product and/or for each picture per month of usage.
Place of Jurisdiction
For all customers outside Germany the place of jurisdiction will be Berlin. Except the revocation periods only german law applies, the use of UN rights is excluded.
Final Clause
If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
