It has never been easier to built a neat Dia de los Muertos - homealtar by yourself! This colorfully printed cardboard ofrenda comes with 14 punch-out altar decorations. While building it, you can learn a lot about tradition and symbolism of the Day of the Dead. All different parts are explained in spanish language - even if you do not speak spanish fluently you will understand the meaning. A big fun for the whole family!
In the first step you fold out the corpus of the altar at the pre-cut spots. You receive three stairs which bring optic deepness and the space to place the altar offerings. When ready with that you can start to decorate. Take out the pre-cut objects that are placed on the second cardboard of the set and glue them to the corpus. You can place them in manyfold positions. The set contains the following decoration elements: Sugar Skulls, Pan de Muertos, Papel Picado, Candles, Flowers, Copal and different food and drinks.
When all nuggets are placed on the altar, you are ready for the final step. Use a photo of your beloved deceased, glue it to the center and finished is our home-ofrenda!
