This John Lennon tin shrine in the shape of a small coffin is a fine further development of the classic Day of the Dead shrine. This art form has its origins in the shrines of Mexican religious folk art, where the skillful processing of sheet metal into decorative objects has been perfected over generations. The highlight of the neatly soldered body of the John Lennon sarcophagus is the glazed door, which can be opened. On the one hand, dust can be wiped at the Beatle's feet from time to time - but above all, this opens up the option of adding a very personal touch by adding paper flowers or other small decorative objects. When closed, the door is held by a small metal clasp and is secured with hinges. With regard to the design, we can confidently let the photos speak for themselves - the high-quality John Lennon clay figure and the Flower Power hand-painting of the shrine are of exquisite quality, the word Imagine has been skillfully painted on the inside of the glass door and, as an extra treat, the side walls have also been decorated with Loteria cards on the outside.
