Set of 2 flat hats for Mr and Mrs, printed with sugar skulls and bright flowers. The 27cm slit allows the hat to open up to a 56 cm circumference to fit most any adult head. The slit can be increased slightly if necessary, or made smaller for children by taping the slit closed with strong tape. A fantastic new party accessory!
The Set comes with one of each hat - the Top Hat decorated with sugar skulls measures 46 x 25 cm and the La Catrina Hat measures 37 x 32 cm.
